Sophomore Green Clinches District 14-5A
The Sophomore Green team clinched District 14-5A with a 6-3 win over the Lufkin Panthers. The Green team is 12 and 1 in District play with 1 game left. Sophomore Green Wins Over Huntsville and Conroe
The Green followed a close 5-4 win over HUntsville on Friday with a decisive 9-0 victory over the Conroe Tigers on Saturday afternoon in Conroe. On Friday night Friday night Jon Delgado pitched 6 innings and was 3-4 with 1 home run and Saturday John Kholi was 4-5 and led the 13 hit offensive attack behind Scott Johnstons 2 hit, 13 strikeout complete game.   More...   [Top]

Sophomore Green Run Rules Klein Forest
Sophomore Green team improves their District 14-5A record to 9 and 1 with a run-rule shortened game over Klein Forest Eagles 11-3. Robert Gilmore led the offensive attack by going 4 for 4. Jake Carlson's Grand Slam Leads Sophomore Green Over Conroe
The Sophomore Green team offense stayed hot with a 20-4 romp over District 14-5A rival Conroe Tigers. Green Team Downs Huntsville 13-4
The Sophomore green team started slow but came alive in the middle innings to take their third District win over the Huntsville Hornets 13-4 on Thursday. Sophomore Green Opens District With a Loss To Klein Collins
The Highlander Sophomore Green team came into District play after three decisive wins in the Klein ISD tournament over the prior weekend only to drop a close game to Klein Collins. Highlanders Whip Conroe 9-1; Win District 15-5A Championship
With the 15-5A title on the line, TWHS sophomores unleashed a 13 hit attack on the Conroe Tigers and cruised to a 9-1 victory. Highlanders Down Klein Forest Eagles 9-0; District Championship in Sight
On a quest for the 15-5A district title, TWHS sophomoresneeded both to shut down Klein Forest’s sticks and to score early in the contest and put the Eagles in a chase mode throughout the game. On a night when TWHS sophomore bats were anything butimpressive, pitcher Chris Frey scattered three hits while striking out eight Westfield battersshutting down the Mustangs, 5-0. Highlanders Late RallyFizzles; Drop 7-5 Contest to Spring
TWHS sophomores left the bases loaded in their seventh inningat-bat against the Spring Lions and dropped their second district game, 7-5. The Highlanders led 4-2 heading into the bottom of the fifthafter scoring three times in the third and once in the fourth. Highlanders Trim KleinOak 6-4
On a night when the sticks were less than potent, TWHSsophomores played flawless defense and secured a 6-4 win over Klein Oak. TWHS scored five runs in their first two at-bats. RossWatson’s dinger scored Robbie Ray before him in the first and the sophs punchedacross three more in the second without the benefit of a base hit.
